The University of Vigo, through the Departments of Analytical and Food Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, organised together with the National Association of Canned Fish and Seafood Manufacturers (ANFACO) through their National Technical Centre for the Conservation of Fishery Products (CECOPESCA) an completely innovative official Master’s Degree which covers all the aspects related with the conservation of fishery products.
This idea arose from the growing demand of graduated specialists in an important industrial sector in our society.
