Apart from these direct recognition, if necessary, students could request particular adaptations which will be taken into account by the Teaching Committee delegated of the Faculty Board, which will study each case individually and can adopt individual solutions depending on each student’s academic record. As said in the Section 4.4, before taking a decisions on the credit recognition, the committee will request a non-binding report to the responsible teacher of the subject for which the recognition is being requested and any decision will be taken taking into account the competences, contents, and number of credits coincidence between the subject studies and the one for which the recognition is requested.

Recognition between the Bachelor’s Degrees in Chemistry in the Galician University System

To facilitate the students mobility between the Bachelor’s Degrees in Chemistry taught in the University of Coruña, the University of Santiago de Compostela and the University of Vigo, a mutual recognition system was designed, as show hereunder. This recognition was designed taking into account the similarities in the credit acquirement and competences, as established in the Spanish legislation and other referents like the label “Eurobachelor in Chemistry” of the European Chemistry Thematic Network.
